Today, we hosted our first product launch themed "The Scene is the Key - PL-Universe Robotics 2025 Launch & JD.com Deep Collaboration Inauguration" at JD.com headquarters in Yizhuang district, Beijing. The event officially unveiled the industrial-grade wheeled embodied robot - ProWhite Robot 2.0, four end-effectors, and the dexterous hand PL-WitHand, all designed to solve industrial pain points. It also announced an exclusive global online sales partnership with JD.com, which will extend the collaboration of the two companies to product sales, global expansion, and service system development and advance the industrialization and multi-scenario application of embodied AI robots.

The event also marked the significant launch of the "Craftsmanship Universe" initiative, aimed at preserving and carrying on hands-on experience through embodied intelligence technology and facilitating the implementation of embodied intelligence across more scenarios.

ProWhite 2.0: Arriving With Over 300 Performance Upgrades to Solve Industrial Pain Points After 10 Months of Intensive Development

In August 2025, our first-generation ProWhite Robot completed over 10 field validations across three major scenarios: assembly, inspection, and material loading/unloading. Today, ProWhite Robot 2.0 officially debuts with more than 300 performance upgrades. It features three major advantages: ultra-high precision, strong adaptability, and process added-value, meeting the three core requirements of industrial manufacturing: precision, efficiency, and stability:

· Ultra-high precision: With sub-millimeter operational precision and ±0.05mm absolute positioning accuracy, ProWhite is truly capable of handling high-end applications with extremely stringent process requirements, such as precision assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, and camera and optical component production;

· Strong adaptability: ProWhite can be deeply integrated with corporate MES systems to enable rapid production line changeovers. Furthermore, through the design of a humanoid base plus a modular end-effector, it functions as a versatile craftsman, effortlessly handling a wide range of operational tasks;

· Process added-value: ProWhite adopts a parent-child separation design that separates the base from the main body. It allows the base to perform automatic material loading/unloading and collection while the main body is in operation, achieving logistics circulation within the workstation.

To meet industrial scenario requirements, PL-Universe has built a complete algorithmic technology system. The company pioneered the Sharded Data-Parallel Acquisition Architecture (SDPAA), achieving a peak data collection efficiency in real-world factory deployments that is 92.8 times greater than traditional methods. PL-Universe also developed the InduThread-VLA model, enabling robots not just to "see," but to "comprehend" and "foresee" tasks. Fully integrated with JD.com's conversational AI agent - JoyInside, our robots deliver emotionally intelligent dialogue and adapt to a multitude of scenarios. Through algorithmic technological innovation, we have effectively addressed the core industrial requirements for embodied intelligence to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance reliability.

End-effectors: Providing Efficient Solutions for Industrial Embodied Intelligence
Wu Chaoxin believes that tools is a necessity to ensure efficiency in single-task scenarios. To further solve industrial challenges in flexibility and efficiency, PL-Universe has released four standardized end-effectors for fastening, soldering, dispensing, and oiling. These four processes account for nearly 40% of core manufacturing processes, and these end-effectors are not only compatible with ProWhite Robot but can also be directly integrated with other robots or robotic arms.

At the launch, Ge Jin, founder and COO of PL-Universe Robotics emphasized that "Since its founding, PL-Universe has been scenario-driven, making steady progress by delivering two robot iterations in small-batch production within 10 months and broadening its product matrix with end-effectors and a dexterous hand."

Today's launch event also featured a highlight—the launch ceremony for the deep collaboration between PL-Universe and JD.com. JD.com has been designated as the exclusive global online sales partner for PL-Universe. This partnership will see the two companies collaborate deeply across multiple areas, including product sales, overseas expansion, technical support, service system development, and marketing initiatives.
